History
Garden State Brickface, Windows & Siding, celebrating over 55 years of success, is one of the oldest and most respected remodeling companies in the United States. Founded in 1953 by the grandfather, father, and uncle of the current majority owner and Chairman/CEO David Moore, the company has enjoyed a strong reputation for high quality workmanship, customer satisfaction and strong regional brand recognition.
David joined the company in 1980 after receiving his MBA from Harvard University. After the family sold the company in 1989 in a leveraged buyout. Mr. Moore purchased the assets of the company in 1992.
In 1996 the firm established an ESOP (Employee Stock Ownership Plan), whereby the employees now own one third of the company, with Mr. Moore retaining the other two thirds. Garden State is listed as one of the largest remodeling companies in the United States.
