Step 1. Customer Contact
As soon as you contact us, a customer service representative will set-up an appointment that works for your schedule.
Step 2. Appointment Confirmation
You will receive a phone call the day before your appointment to confirm this date still works for you, and to remind you of the time the design consultant will be at your home.
Step 3. The Appointment
Your Garden State Brickface design representative is an expert in home remodeling and will assist you in designing a look that will transform your house into your dream home. Your Garden State Brickface design representative will show you the various services we offer, and help you choose from the many products and colors that are available. Your design representative will measure the outside of your home and will give an estimate for the work to be performed.

Step 4. Job Survey
An experienced Garden State Brickface Surveyor will visit your home and review the details of the job to ensure the job is measured properly and to determine the supplies and the requirements of the job. He will leave a contact information sheet along with details outlining the necessary procedures to be completed before the job is scheduled.
Example: Permits, payments, and all other job site preparation.
Step 5. Job Scheduling
Once the job has been surveyed, the job is reviewed by the Installation Department for review. After all necessary preparations are complete the job is scheduled for installation. You will be notified of the expected start date, weather permitting.
