To restore the masonry exterior of four historic buildings located in Blairstown, Warren County, NJ to their original state — preserving character and craftsmanship that span well over a century.

We rebuilt multiple old brick parapet walls — which had no steel supports — to the original style, reinforced with new steel rebar to meet modern structural standards while matching the historic look.

An extensive search was undertaken to match the original limestone: we hand-selected replacement stone for color and texture that blended seamlessly with the original.

Full envelope restoration across four historic Blair Academy buildings: parapet rebuilds with steel reinforcement, stone-lintel and slate-step replacement, stone pointing, masonry waterproofing, and stucco water-repellent application — all while preserving the 1848-era architectural character.
