Anchored brick veneer over CMU or steel-stud back-up walls — the standard wall assembly for mid-rise commercial in NJ. We install per BIA and TMS standards with cavity drainage, weeps, flashing, and through-wall barriers properly detailed at every floor line and opening.

Reinforced concrete block for load-bearing walls, fire walls, demising walls, and back-up structure. We work from architect details and structural drawings, place vertical and horizontal rebar to schedule, and grout cores in continuous lifts that pass any structural inspection.

Failing mortar joints let water into the wall and accelerate every other deterioration mechanism. We grind out and re-point with mortar matched to the original — both color and compressive strength — so the work doesn't accelerate damage to historic brick the way modern Type S mortars often do.

Steel lintels above windows and doors corrode and expand, lifting and cracking the masonry above. We needle-shore the wall, cut out the failed steel, install new galvanized or stainless lintels, and re-lay the brick — all without disturbing tenant operations below.

Adhered and anchored stone veneer for retail facades, office entries, and multi-family amenity spaces. We install both natural and manufactured stone over properly detailed substrates — with the weep screeds, flashings, and expansion joints that prevent the freeze-thaw failures common in poorly installed systems.

Bowing walls, cracked piers, displaced veneers, failed parapet caps — when a structural engineer's report calls for masonry intervention, we execute. We work from sealed drawings, document concealed conditions, and provide as-built records every property manager keeps on file.
